We are proud of the large number of GNL members who are involved with local nonprofits and/or civic organizations–volunteering and serving on boards or in advisory capacities. Our community is well served by these members, many of whom report that they volunteer in multiple sectors including nonprofit, civic, political, faith-based and educational activities.

Greater Naples Leadership (GNL) is an educational organization whose mission is to provide proven leaders with unique opportunities to learn firsthand about the issues and needs in Collier County and to encourage the use of their skills individually and collectively in bettering the community. We are proud of the great number of GNL members who are involved with local nonprofits and/or civic organizations–volunteering and serving on boards or in advisory capacities. Your organization can jump-start the connection between our volunteers and your needs by filling out our Request a Volunteer Form. Once approved, your request will appear on this website for our members to view and respond. Your request will be sent to the Community Services Committee which will work to match your needs with a qualified GNL member.

THE GNL DISTINGUISHED LEADERSHIP AWARD
The GNL Distinguished Leadership Award, formerly known as the Parke Wright III Distinguished Leadership Award, is presented to a GNL member who outstandingly exemplifies the mission of our organization-–to provide proven leaders with a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the issues and needs in Collier County and to encourage the use of their skills individually and collectively in bettering the community. GNL is proud of the achievements of its award recipients over the years and the fact that many of these individuals played a key part in the creation and development of the Greater Naples Leadership program as we know it today.
