On November 16th Cultural Arts Day began at The Naples Art Association at the von Liebig with a presentation by Executive Director Aimee Schlehr on the Visual Arts in Naples and The Naples Art Association, followed by an overview of the art scene in Collier County by Richard Rosen, Founder of the Naples Art District. Class XXI then met four working artists, painter Paul Arsenault, photographer Dennis Goodman, batik artist Leigh Herndon and potter Donna Torrance who presented their artwork.

Lunch in the boardroom at Artis-Naples provided an opportunity to meet Kathleen van Bergen and her team. Lunch was followed by docent-led tours of the Artis-Naples campus sculptures and backstage areas, ending at the Figge Conservatory at the Baker Museum for the afternoon program.

John Lyngaas, Class XVII moderated a theatre panel discussion of Kristen Coury of Gulfshore Playhouse, Mark Danni of Theatre Zone and Jessica Walk of the Naples Players.
