Greater Naples Leadership is a dynamic nonprofit organization that provides unparalleled opportunities for education and community service. The organization focuses its efforts in three areas:
The Masters Program educates highly accomplished men and women about the issues in Collier County through a series of in-depth sessions covering all major aspects of community life. Each year, GNL accepts a class of 40 individuals, most of whom are new to this area, and exposes them to ten full-day sessions focusing on history, culture and communication, health care, education, environment, growth, human services, government, Immokalee and law.
Alumni Programs offer ongoing educational programs aimed at keeping GNL members abreast of current and emerging issues. These events also offer opportunities for enjoyable social interaction that foster ongoing friendships.
Community Service initiatives match graduates’ skills, experience and interests with unmet needs in our community through board positions, project roles and volunteerism. GNL’s over 200 alumni currently serve on more than 100 nonprofit boards. GNL works continually to enhance the ability of its graduates to make a positive difference in the Greater Naples area.

To provide proven leaders with a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the issues and needs in Collier County and to encourage the use of their skills in bettering the community.
Greater Naples Leadership is non-political and does not take positions on issues. Instead, we seek to educate our members on the pros and cons of these issues. GNL does no fundraising for other organizations, nor does it support specific community issues. Instead, we provide education for our members so that they are better prepared to make their own decisions and commitments.
